First Years recently went on a history trip to the National Heritage Park, Wexford. This was a great opportunity for students to experience history in person with a tour guide bringing the students on a guided tour of the Heritage Park. Students got to explore Irish history from the Stone Age, through to the Early Christian Monastery, and finishing with the Vikings and Medieval Times. A special thanks to History teacher Mr. Nathan Byrne for organising the trip.
