Our 5th year students got to spend a day on UCD campus attending lectures, tutorials and labs today. They experienced a typical day in the life of a student in whatever UCD course they were interested in. Some of the preferences were Engineering, Science, Arts and Business. There was free time to walk around the campus and see the facilities like the library, restaurants, students union and sports centre. Some even got to the UCD village.
All our students got a goodie bag with some treats including a UCD pin.
The travelling party of students included Blaithin Barrett, Tresa Barrett, Josh Murphy, Kamila Sowinska, Jason Liu De Hui, Salvatore Orefice and Zack Creane. Thanks to Ms. Cullen Ivory the New Era Coordinator for organising the trip to UCD which was a very enjoyable and educational experience for the students.
