Second Year Wood Technology students at ECC have just completed their 'wooden spatula' design project.
Students used their sketching and design skills to produce a bespoke and ergonomic template, prior to transferring their design onto the native Irish beech blanks. Beeswax and Coconut oil was used as an effective food-safe finish....Happy Cooking! Thanks to teacher Mr. Lawton for assisting students with their work.
